I don't know if you guys are familiar with the Live Chat rep Vinothini.. but he/she is a pain in the ass.
I got my cue that I've refunded too many times when they said " Looks like you've had multiple delivery issues with us.."
The damn rep told me I would have to contact a local authority and they are going to start an investagation and get back to me within a few hours..
I CLOSED THAT CHAT AT LIGHTNING SPEED.
Question is, since I disconnected will they still do an investagation? Thanks fellas.

Hmm, I believe they will. What was your story? never arrived?
If you either partial refund or say there was nothing in the box they won't be a delivery issue as the delivery man gave you the package.
I believe they will close your account because of suspicious activity.
Good luck, if the police come knock at your door. Stick to your story and make sure the package is not in your house

Missing item from a year ago lol. I doubt they'll send police knocking, considering they told me it wasn't their problem and I'd have to be the one to reach out to them

Too apparent. There's a rule in social engineering: Don't shit where you sleep, always use a drop address.

An address that's usually a empty house. You use fake identity info. So nothing will be linked to you.

What you also could do is writing a note and put it on the window of the door the day the item arrives saying:
"Hey, I am currently in process of moving, You can put the package (come up with something like next the trash container or in the shed)"
Although me I don't like using drop houses.
