I need help with se ing a vape. You cannot do amazon because they have a policy of no e-cigarettes

Contact the manufacturer of the vape and tell them the battery exploded, and figure out an excuse to not send it back.

If you say you bought it at a gas station you could just say you lost the receipt, or simply just buy one, take a picture of the receipt and return it.

Big online retailers don't mess with that, it's the grey market. I doubt you'll have any luck in getting one. I'm interested in one too though, add me on Discord @ maullled#2013 -
