You could go to kijiji/craigslist, and ask people to show receipts as proof they own it.

Well if you just want refunds, then amazon. If you actually want to SE then try candy/food companies first, then you can move on to electronics.

We've escalated the issue and are waiting for a resolution.

We'll contact you back by Tuesday, or as soon as we have an update on how to proceed.

Kind regards,

I would just try again with another rep.

Any tips on Social Engineering to gain access to a Facebook Account? If you have access to accounts belonging to friends of the target for example.

"SEing" that would just be scamming. I would just send them a pdf or file binded with a keylogger, RAT or password stealer, and make them open it.
Ok, thank-you for the advice.

I'm looking to refund a $800 monitor from Amazon, is it possible? Using an account with a few legit orders and 1 refund below $200 that was done a year ago. New to this whole SE thing but I've read a few guides here and there and just want to know if It's worth taking the risk from someone more experienced. Also if anyone experienced wants to do it for 10% of the value, PM me with contact details.

It is possible. Might not be the easiest thing in the world, but it's definitely possible.
