I SE'd steelseries and got the RMA code ordered my products and then on the day it was meant to be delivered it was cancelled, I got a order confirmation, but never received a tracking number any reason why this would happen?

Maybe your excuse you gave them, or the receipt you gave them....I did everything right and i got my headset yesterday
