No. We don't know really but this guy sp3cial1st (former admin) who opened darkode reloaded on darkode.cc long time ago probably opened it again or handed over the domain to other members who wanted to open dk again. The admins right now are old darkode members from what I've heard. It seems legit.

But you don't know for sure that they are.

This is why honeypots work so well.

But, who is Sp3cial1st? Some say he is a core member of Lizard Squad. Would it be possible that a native English speaker would be a core member of Lizard Squad? Other ranking members have already been arrested in the UK, USA and Canada.

No idea. It could be that guy I mentioned above, the username is not that unique. I mean it could be anyone but if he is known from other forums or something we could find out.

True, there's nothing much on it though, and if it was a honeypot they would probably have a marketplace (to catch sellers/buyers).

It was a hacking forum and malware marketplace. Then they got shutdown by the FBI and Europol a while back.
