Read the book. Is definitely a good all around book for amazon refunding and goes against the misconceptions that its much harder to refund larger value items. Included several chat logs that are useful as well. Thanks for the share

I just read it, clears up alot of the speculation and doubts people have about Amazon refunding. It's pretty great, clears up alot of misconceptions.
One thing I do have to complain about is the lack of guidance on older orders, as I tried the method with an order from ~5 months ago and was immediately wrestled into an investigation. I did, however, really appreciate the advice to get out of that as said in the book. Started talking about manuals and the support phone number for the manufacturer, and the rep forgot about it right away.

I don't know why you guys are refunding amazon? It's not related with amazon you're scamming sellers on amazon and I don't find that ethical. It's my opinion
