A phone.
A brain.
A 7-Eleven near you.
1. Call this number: 1-800-255-0711
2. After getting to a representative tell them your Slurpee was watery (wasn't ready yet) or your donuts were stale.
3. They will ask for the time and day you went and which location you went to. If you can, head over to 7-Eleven and wait for someone to buy a Slurpee/donuts and look at the time. If you cant, make something up (but don't put you went at midnight).
4. Then either they will ask what coupons you want, unless they have coupons specifically for the item your talking about.
5. Choose what coupons you want if you're given a choice.
6. Give them the info they require (address etc..)
