I bought them, and a few other bits and pieces and took them to my classroom when school started,I left the box on my desk and didn't open them until after lunch break, when I saw black ink leaking from under the box, The box was standing perfectly (horizontal) and these pens (Or some of them) Leaked allover my desk, and worse the carpet. I am unhappy about the carpet but not so much as the desk as I just wiped that. I threw the box away, as ink has flown allover the pens and box and it was leaking.'

They should email you back, and maybe ask for a picture of the stain. (They did for me) But don't reply if they ask that, they will send anyway.

But 80% of the time you will be mailed a big ass box of pens.

Anyone looking to replicate this should try and come up with their own story. If BIC get's an influx of teachers with leaky pens, they may start to question the validity, or want more info to begin investigating to make sure there wasn't a bad run of product.

Well if the company tries to call him out on it, he could say that his writing is a little bit off because he's so angry. :-)

Very true. However in my experience with these types of things, the less questions a victim has about the logic behind the claim, the better.

If you mean the company which is also producing lighters I think they are selling in Germany too.
