I don't see any reason for not taking abroad Hackers who smoke weed and act normally. But my opinion is that governments should nuke themselves because they make no sense. They arrest people who spy on others yet they spy on everyone, they arrest people who do drugs yet they drug there own soldiers. And the biggest question is why are they allowed to do that? Isn't it illegal for them?
