Hello, has anyone SE FragranceX recently? I see that they have International shipping. In their website say's this about damaged fragrances

" In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify the carrier and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you."

But I wonder if they do in-depth investigation of the broken bottle or it's quite straightforward and you receive the replacement. Also I wondering if the replacement can be rejected, like not getting it delivered and it's just would be returned and then get a refund.

Would be great to get a feedback from you guys. Cause there is only 2 topics about this Fragrance shop.

I've done 2 times damaged fragrances in Sephora in December and any issue.

I've broken the top of the bottle with some blood to the picture and in the next day I had an email with the confirmation of the refund.

Sephora don't ship to my country sadly. That's why I'm asking about FragranceX, but as far as I think it shouldn't be any problems I guess with them also. But waiting if someone more could share feedback about it.

Haven't tried it. I'll put in an order and attempt. Going to attempt $450. I have a broken bottle already from previous SE on Fragrancenet.com.
