Hi guys, I am currently trying to DNA Zalando. They started an investigation with the courier and after a week let me know that the parcel should be delivered and that I should ask my neighbors. I told them my neighbors didn't receive anything. They then told me to sign a form which I can only translate as "a statement of law".

In this form they ask for name, address, phone number, confirmation whether I didn't receive the parcel or whether it was incomplete, and my signature. They aren't asking for any legal documents.

While I was talking with customer service I didn't ask what the form was for, so that's why I come here. I tried searching it up but got mixed responses.

Should I sign it? Is this for the refund?

Yes

Some retailers will ask you to complete/sign these forms. Just standard process really

Yes, I signed the form and they told me their team would investigate it further for up to 10 work days. 2 days later I got the refund though!
I had 1 previous order from a year ago which was $20 , My refund was $354.

Zalando is harder than it used to be but still possible.

hi i tried the same thing with an order worth 220€ (1 and half year aged account), but after an investigation they told me that they could not refund me because it results delivered. even in chat they tell me they coudnt do anything and they rudely ended the chat. maybe the problem was the courrier (amazon). i was thinking about returning them similiar shoes but a lot cheaper (so boxing them), but i fear that with an order over 200€ they would check. what should i do?
