Help Needed - Steam Deck Delivery Issue

DNA deffo works. Did it myself and it worked. I am not sure about PEB. In terms of banning accounts after using it on your account - I have heard of a couple of such incidents but cant be sure.

I told them that I picked up the package at a parcel station. I also signed for it. When I opened the package, there was no Steam Deck in the case.

That's what I told them.

They then told me to ask my neighbor and the delivery person I replied with. Now I'm waiting for an answer

haha u did it propably 2 months ago, that doesnt mean its still working, method got patched like month ago

Please keep us updated. I'd guess that this is running towards a failure since the Steam deck is to heavy for PEB.

They told me that the maked an investigating and that they will update me. What if it fails? What can i do to shipp it back?

they told me to give a different secure address so they could send me a new one, otherwise they would send me my money back.
I think they think I'm talking about a DNA?
What should I do, give them a new address or get them to give me a refund?
