did u do the 512 OLED or the 1TB? I was gonna try for the 1tb but I'm wondering if the price difference has anything to do with the success rate

Have you tried MEB or DNA? I can confirm that MEB works at least in the EU.

MEB also EU. OLED 1TB

Unfortunately. there is not much we can do at this
point. The package left our warehouse containing
the product that you purchased, and our records
show that the shipment was successfully
delivered. We will not be sending you a
replacement. nor can we Offer you a refund.
We have provided all the information we have for
your issue, so your help request is now closed. If
you have an unrelated issue please open a new
help request and we will be happy to help.

Weird. Have you tried escalating this case?
Just because the shipment left their warehouse with the device inside does not prove that the device was also inside when it was delivered to you. Write it to them and try to act like a normal buyer who did not receive the ordered goods inside the package. You shouldn't give up so easily.

Manscaped success they sent replacement instantly
Sephora signed affidavit so probably successful
Ongoing Bose, they said to wait a lil bit and recontact them
Btw Logitech Warranty SE was successful but the support was really slow as fuck

Claimed MEB for the steam order, they rejected and closed the ticket instantly, thinking about forcing ? but due to the fact that they're so hasty, I'm thinking of returning or FTID'ing ?? not sure
What method did u use for manscaped and Logitech?

Also, I hit Valve few months ago for steam deck Oled and helped another member here to successfully get a refund for one too. Battery leak worked perfect, MEB is a bit too heavy and inconsistent.
