Warranty Claim Brands #1
Hey, quick question if any of you have dealt with warranty claim of any brands (example: Samsung, DJI, DELL (ANY INFO IS WELCOME))

I saw numerous posts on the forum but not much detail on how it went through or useful details.
In my opinion it would be very useful to have a proper thread with a list of SE'ing warranty claims !

I'm located in Europe so the process can differentiate depending your location !

LOGITECH (HEADSET,MOUSE,KEYBOARD,WHEELS) - EASY/MEDIUM
been hitting them for the last 4 years, getting "harder" more time pass by !
In my situation I have a personal program on windows which is can fake false input and unresponsive device input, so I can easy fake any issue I want.
(portable solution on different devices)
They tend to be unresponsive after checking the validity of your claim so you have to be perseverant a couple days/weeks.
You can hit them multiple times with the same personal info and address, or you can use fake info and redirect the UPS delivery after calling UPS support !
(tend to be hard sometime, Braindead UPS operator)
For proof of purchase I've been using an old template from a local store with a proper reason for warranty coverage denial.

STEELSERIES (KEYBOARD) - HARD
They have a semi "hard" warranty process which require a proof of destruction so you have to either find a way to fake the proof of destruction or repair the destroyed part yourself... (doable and done it myself)
For this I learned how to fake POD with Photoshop which wasn't that hard if you have patience !
If you prepared in advance the POD and have proper proof of purchase, this can be very fast.
They will provide a replacement code (promo code usable at checkout)

HP-OMEN (SCREEN) - EASY (OUTDATED)
A couple years ago I've SE'ing a screen which way pretty easy, I don't really know how's the process now.
You could just use a fake addy and warranty claim they would send-out the replacement directly in my case !

ADVICE/INFO - POP
Use a POP which have multiple items on the listing this may give a cleaner look (example a POP which contain an order with a gaming monitor, mouse and a keyboard, you can just replace one of the item with the item you're trying to SE)
(ITEMS);
In my case I'm using a POP which contain : Chair, Keyboard, SSD, Screen. In my opinion it provide a "legit look"
If example your using a POP from Amazon (which you should avoid!!!!!!!!!) you can have price different between the current listing and the one on your POP even if the item is out of stock right now. (Keep in mind that after months the prices changes the stock run out, so don't be scared to include items which aren't sold on the webstore)
(DATES);
Be careful to have logical order of date (purchase date, date when the issues appeared) and clean file MetaData
(PDF EDITING SOFTWARE);
Use simply a cracked Adobe Acrobat (you can find legit/clean cracks on M@nkerus for Adobe Products)

Done logitech and steelseries (wouldn't do steelseries again), similar experiences as you, I'm located in Europe too.

Razer is doable too, the want a POD (for example editing the cable to be cut is enough for mice), never did their keyboard as they don't seem interesting.

Saw a post claiming Glorious is possible too, never tried as I don't like their products either.

Couple of years ago I did an SE on Corsair PSU with just photos, but it was a recalled unit, I suppose it's harder in a normal RMA. Had to edit barcodes and SN. In the end it took quite some time, like 4 months to have the PSU in my hands as I had to FTIDv3 and they found the fake package (while the new unit was already shipped).

I tried to SE DELL in the old days (couple years ago) but right now after checking the latest experiences people had with DELL seems like they changed the process

DELL is doable but you need to give them fake info/number/email. they'll try to come after you
