I recieved product but Amazon are rejecting a return or refund request. what should i do?

yeah, amazon aren't liable because it's third party, they told me to contact them instead

You should have bought where it's sold and dispatched by Amazon or just dispatched by Amazon. Then claim the DNA and get a refund.
