Updated UA paypal method
Limit = 10k

EVERY DETAIL MATTERS!
Anything written in BLUE is important
Make sure PayPal has had a good history, a few transactions and has not had any claims within the last month or so.
Make sure it has not had any changes eg new card or change of details in the last two weeks.
ALWAYS RECEIVE OTP THROUGH TEXT!!!!
HOLDERS PART
First get a holder to pick a website that accepts PayPal.. can be any website and then add items to basket and checkout using paypal on WIFI so it goes through smoothly. Once it gives you the option to choose how you receive the OTP select “By text” you get an OTP message, wait 15-20seconds before entering it. Then simply proceed and purchase items. (to make this as smooth as possible make sure to use the fastest delivery available)
REMEMBER: After ordering DO NOT allow the holder to log in to the paypal AT ALL as this may result in an unsuccessful claim
Try change your device every 3-4 refunds if possible
YOUR PART
After the holder has ordered, login to their paypal & log out as this will show up on system as another IP address logging in and when it lands get any 2 other devices to log in and log out (one of the ‘2’ can also be the same device that logged in right after order)
Log into the paypal on safari USING DATA (make sure you are not at the same address where you ordered from as IP will match) go on settings > go to wallet and and click link card.. add any card - when these add successfully remove it right after (Sometimes cards add and sometimes they half add so keep doing and removing regardless of what it says) and do this 5-6 times with the same card as this ensures to make the paypal look as if it’s been compromised. (ADD THE SAME CARD 5-6 TIMES) it can be any card as long as it’s not in holders name (Nothing happens to the card)
THEN after you done this you will need to add addresses
To add a address click the 3 stripes at the top left of screen > click the setting button on the right > scroll down and click add address
after adding the address it will ask for code from holders .. wait 10 seconds before entering OTP. when you do this it will bring you back to add an address and you just enter the exact same address that you put in before the code. REPEAT 3 times with the same 3 addresses.
After you added all 3 just remove them again.
After adding the addresses add in a random phone number and a random email and remove them right after.
TIP: to find quick addresses go on google maps and zoom into any town and click a house and it should give you the full address. (make sure the addresses you use are nowhere near holders address)
(make sure the cards or addresses you add are not in the holder's name!!!!)
AFTER DOING ALL THIS ENSURE YOU LOG OUT and log back in to file the claim
go over to the transaction that you need to make a claim for and click
Report a problem > report issue to paypal > click “I suspect my account is being used by someone else” > select the transactions you wish to refund > Click Continue > click “No” for all the multiple choice questions > Type up sob story e.g;
“Hello i'm in utter shock, I would like to speak with PayPal and their services due to this ridiculous issue. I have trusted your company to have my confidential information in your system and look what’s happened! I've got rent to pay in a few days and £____ is a lot of money. Someone has accessed my PayPal and has not only accessed my account using my details but has also made a payment of £____ !! roughly and it shows not as a pending payment but it shows as a payment that has gone through successfully and I am very devastated to see this. I tried contacting PayPal on the phone but was unable to due to long waiting times and I am very appalled at this and would appreciate some help on this. Thank you”.
Do NOT use this exact sob story! but make it more realistic because the better it is the quicker you get a refund email.
After entering the sob story it will tell you to change the current Password change it to anything random but sometimes it will tell you that the old password is wrong so when it does this just click “skip” and just change it yourself in settings.
Then simply submit the claim and you should get an email within 12 hours and £ refunded within 24 hours.
AFTER a claim is filed do not allow the holder to log on until you have received a refund email.
LOOPHOLE
If for some reason they deny your claim call them on NO CALLER ID on: 02039017000 the security questions they will as is;
Full name
Email
Phone number
Last 4 digits of card used
so make sure you have these ready
and say “speak to agent” to the automated server and they will put you through to an agent who you explain to that your account has been compromised and large sums of money have been used to buy items you never ordered and tell them you would like to reopen and appeal the UNAUTHORISED CLAIM. (Some agents try to tell you they can’t open it but if you keep calling back you’ll eventually get an agent to appeal the closed claim for you). Make sure you make it clear to them that you’re trying to re appeal the UNAUTHORISED case otherwise they will put it through as a INR case
The agent will then re open this and you should receive an email in 4-24hrs.
After this you will receive an email to either say refund or that it got denied again IF denied just return items to get your refund or call back and open a INR because some sellers don't respond so you can still win the case.

INR case (Item Not Received)
This is when they open a dispute with the seller & it means you will have to wait 10 days... If the seller does not respond within these 10 days the case will be closed in your favour and you will be refunded. Some sellers never respond so if you get to this stage just wait and see.. If they respond just return items.
