DNA - Courier Investigation 04-29-2024, 06:58 PM
#1
Claimed simple DNA, contacted the support and for the first time they're actually doing an investigation
They said they haven't and are waiting to receive a response from the delivery partner but the delivery partner emailed me asking if I received the parcel or not.
Imo I should obviously ignore the emails and let the company refund me on their own?

If you are from EU, don't text or handle anything with the delivery company!
You have a contract to the company you ordered from, most important is, pressure. Thats the key.
As well, if the Courier driver is in front of your door, tell him you'll call the police. This is actual harassment.
Yeah I figured I should just ignore the delivery courier as I've already been lied to by the company saying they haven't received a response. I'll just let them refund me on their own (they're trying to claim insurance)
I realise there is a lot of miscommunication among companies and carriers so you could easily say that you claimed another box for missing and not the one arrived yesterday (as example)

Why should he even bother doing that?
When a driver comes up to your door their mission is to get your signature to confirm that you received that package.
Either you sign at "Non-Receipt" or simply ignore them since any of those will lead to a failed investigation, where you have to get refunded.
If they come to ask you what happened you can just speak bullshit as i suggested. If they ask you to sign of course say no

Why? I received a mail from Parcelforce because a month ago a did an EB, and now they sent me a questionaire about the conditions of the package to decide if refund the merchant who opened the claim (who then should refund me).
I don’t know if i should respond (if i don’t, the claim will close).
I already started a chargeback with card a couple days before this mail.
Your contract is with the seller and not the carrier
