I've done around 4 previous orders with Pandabuy and I just thought to myself, I need some new clothes and shoes so what would end up happening if I purchase a 1500 dollar haul, file a chargeback with AMEX under the context that the products are not authentic?
What is stopping me from doing all of this?

I can just say I thought it was an amazingly good deal. AMEX will definitely side with me since selling counterfeits is illegal.

I can just say I thought it was an amazingly good deal. AMEX will definitely side with me since selling counterfeits is illegal.

I'm pretty sure also intentionally buying counterfeits is illegal too.
