what did you tell them once the LIT was done? like how did u contact them did u just ask if they received it or what

Its their label and all that, so I have not much to do/say
I mailed them yesterday and told: 'seems like my item is stuck, pls tell me what to do'

Ppl said either LIT or FTID it
A boxer did an LIT, don't know whether it goes through or not

Got three unused SN, next time I will FTID them

I am going to try and SE a pair of headphones from Bose uk. They have sent me a prepaid UPS label. Does anyone know if it is FTID Or LIT?

I would personally go with an S/N as a first try.
Then u can do the traditional methods. I would not advise to go with FTID or LIT, but that's personal.
Keep us updated tho.

thats what i have done but they are asking for the old one back so they provided me with UPS label to send it back so id need to do ftid/lit with it anyway

U can try ftid/lit.
Personally I would box them and then contact them, if they find any problem replacing just photoshop the product inside the box and claim that u sent the item and the package was their responsibility.
They will probably Warranty replace the product.
