Tried to DNA . value £600.
Investigation lasted 5 days and they concluded it as delivered and they cannot refund or send me a replacement.
Carrier was UPS and all they took was a signature at the time which I fake signed. The proof of delivery that they keep providing me with is the usual note of proof of delivery on the UPS website which states received by - my name, the address and left at residential.
I called up customer service and they are adamant on their investigation and they cannot help me further.
The manager said that they can pass this onto the legal team but for that i need to send them my identification via email. I refused this and said i will send it to the legal team, not you.
I asked for a higher manager to contact me regarding this which he said he can do and that he will also pass it onto the legal team himself.
I tried to ask what the process with the legal team is and he refused to tell me.
Should i be scared and just cancel the investigation and return the items? Please help.
