Just went on their live chat and this is what they said:
“ Thanks for patiently waiting! As per checking here this case was being escalated for investigation. As the result is after further investigation by your senior team, the information we have of the delivered parcel does not match up to the parcel missing any items. For this reason and due to the fact the parcel was not tampered with, we are denying these missing items claim. A refund will not be provided.”

The refund didn’t work is there anything I can do?

Eb with heavy items doesn’t work with Nike, u should have DNA it. U can try to insist but they may not change their mind

I couldn’t do dna as the delivery driver gave it to a shop nearby where I had to collect it with a qr code.
