Update for META , one of my friends is part of Meta fraud team and he said that they are looking into requiring police reports for DNA / EB , very similar to Amazon so try to do it while you can

LV responds in US. Sometimes during holiday season you might get away with stuff though. Moncler responded to my SNAD years ago too.

He does know I have done EB for a quest 3 , he doesn’t really care from what I gather
