hi, im gonna attempt to se some headphones ($300) from best buy
my account is decently aged and i bought airpods before legitimately
i do know that for best buy they take photos of the delivery so
ill let u guys know the progress, and if anything, ill return or send a paypal claim shi

i talked to the best buy live chat and he supposedly sent a claim request for a full refund
i will let you guys know if the refund hit my account OR
"if the claim is not processed by the carrier"

okay, so after extensively trying to contact best buy support, I dont think they are tryna give the refund. I have contacted paypal and i am waiting for a response. if paypal doesn't work, last resort is my bank

i disputed it w paypal, sent proof of customer service saying they will provide me a refund and paypal granted me a refund in ~ 2 weeks

How you get the proof of customer service saying they will provide you a refund to PayPal? You said earlier the live agent will not likely give you a refund...?
