Update on my PEB on nike. I called them and told them the shoes were not in the package which contained 2 - shirts and a pair of shoes. Nike rep on the phone told me she would investigate it, i then went to live chat and kept demanding a supervisor and they eventually told me that a manager would call me on my personal phone monday regarding the investigation and my package. Am i fucked or will it go through, the account is fresh with new payment info and address.
Will the refund go through or will they deny it?

Will update when manager calls me.

This is the 4th thread you open for the same case. There's no need to do that. I understand you're concerned but no one here has the answer, just wait and see how it goes. You can always return the items if they deny the refund.
