I have started a DNA with evri and received a DOR form, in the email they explain how the evri driver may come to my door with police, this is a scare tactic right? What is the probability this would happen?

Sounds like a scare tactic to me. Lost parcels are not a police matter. Even if they have been stolen, the police will not care and they definitely won't attend your address with an evri driver.

lost parcels are a civil matter, not criminal. the police won't get involved at all
