Bought two jackets from uniqlo around £140 I callled up and they gave me a form to sign.I signed the form and got a response saying that they would investigate the matter.They emailed back after a couple of hours stating that the there was proof of delivery therefore meaning I could not get refunded.The proof of delivery was an image of a person face receiving a parcel from a window however if the use google maps they may be able to connect the dots since in the image it shows the red bricks of the house.

I did a live chat to reopen the case and they said that to allow give them by Monday or Tuesday to sort the matter I did state how I do not recognise the person nor the house and there is no door number in the image
