I'm a little late to this thread but this might help someone else in a similar situation:

Whenever I had been asked to submit a picture of my door, I would ask my friend if he could stick on these easily removable door numbers (same house number as my house and which I ordered from Amazon for pennies) on his door and send me a picture like the one the delivery man took. No company had questioned it and has always worked in my favour.

Lookfantastic stopped replying to my emails also they deleted my account so I opened a dispute with revolut just waiting to see if I can get my money back

That's annoying. Hopefully all goes well with revolut. Just have to survive the long 50 day wait time to resolve the CB. Fingers crossed that LF doesn't reply to your claim!

Don't know never opened a claim with revolut before if it fails is lesson learned since lookfantastic have a very good fraud team

Hello everyone I have attempted to dna a lookfantastic order with 2 perfumes claimed dna and got a non receipt form to fill in and waited around 3-5 days for a reply back from lookfantastic and they said this

Your account has been referred to our investigations team.

As the proof of delivery image shows the parcel being accepted, we are completing a full delivery network investigation with the courier.

In order to conclude our investigation, please can you upload an image of your front door as per the courier photograph?

What coutry? in my country lookfantastic is really easy, DNA only does "investigation" for a month and gives a refund, multiple times on the same address+name
