Hey everyone so recently i submitted a legit warranty claim and got a gift card. They asked you draw on the product but I used a washable marker and kept on repeating it for like 10 times with different emails and names until I got the email
"We have a very generous warranty policy which we are very happy to be able
to offer our customers. Unfortunately, you have abused our warranty policy and broken our trust by submitting claims with images that have been
altered to seem as though they have gone through our process.
We will not be proceeding with your warranty claim at this time. We will
not honor fake or fraudulent warranty claims and reserve the right, in our
sole discretion, to reject any warranty claims which we suspect to be
fraudulent. Due to this, we will not be approving any future claims made by
yourself.
Do not submit warranty claims with altered photos as this is considered to
be fraudulent activity. Future submission for warranty with the same product/photos may be liable to further action."
I think its just because I got lazy and started to use the same photos of the product anytime. Will anything serious actually happen if I continue with this?
