maybe I misspoke, partially empty box - thought that means it was partially empty as everything including the charging case came except the sunglasses

Can you explain what is MEB? My order is similar to author's and I'm doing a similar method.

Oh ok, so thats what I did, they asked me to send my ID and that the courrier will come collect the box, should I proceed accordingly?

I refused sending them my ID. They are not an appropriate institution to ask people for their ID. I wrote them that. Courier never came for my box. I received replacement and then refund because I sent back the glasses.

3 x glasses and I did PEB for one of them

Update: Failed, they keep stating that the investigation was concluded and there's nothing they could do. I even tried calling but to no avail.
