Made use of the black friday offers on the nike website. Bought 2 pairs of trainers deliverd in 2 separate boxes. Both pairs were around £75 each after offers and codes. Claimed only one pair arrived and another Box had nothing in.

Was there an investigation or instant refund?

This is crazy because I've done eb twice recently and both failed after investigation.... And I consider myself a Nike expert. They're definitely more strict as of late.

I don't want to do DNA as its DPD.
