It's a signature, no photo.
edit: they didn't show me a photo when showing me the proof of delivery.

Same thing happened with me and I said it wasn't my door (it actually wasn't since it was a neighbors) and then I got a refund shortly after. Although I would assume this is the part they will now ask for a police report to continue.

If you are in the UK, it's basically confirmed you will be required to do a police report even if you push them, citing the law. Good luck with whatever you do.

No definitely not. Its not even a police matter and shouldn't even be worthy of a police report. It will get filed away and nothing will happen since there wont be any evidence.
