Hello everyone I have a 200ml empty bottle of louis vuitton ombre nomade worth around £485 I will be attempting broken bottle on the offical louis vuitton site.
Anyone have any experience with louis vuitton?
Read their website tos and they state

"If, at the time of delivery, the package is damaged, the package must be opened in the presence of the carrier in order to verify the condition of the product and any damage noted on the delivery note. Please contact our sales staff if the product is damaged on delivery"

I will but I don't know how I will sound claiming bb on a perfume that I's triple boxed after looking on a unboxing video.

You could either claim the box didn't look damaged because the plastic wrapping around the perfume was still intact and prevented the perfume from leaking or plead ignorance and claim you had no idea what about the damaged package procedure which is fair enough imo. Most people don't know about refusing delivery or properly reporting a damaged package when the mail person tries to hand it to you.

I've looked online and can see the unboxing of it contain a lot of packaging the perfume in is placed in another cardboard box for extra protection.
Do you think bb will still be valid?

Probably yeah. The extra cardboard will hypothetically soak up the spilled perfume so it doesn't soak into the outer box making it impossible for you to know it was damaged.

not really, try and pour 100ml of liquid inside of a box and you will see it makes obvious the package had leak. it is obvious when it is wet and even more after it has dried as the impact spreads.

Il swap the bottom of the glass where the batch nr is but I don't think they will require me to ship them the broken glass
