got a refund issued message, never came, then got an email from amazon specialist saying theres been a high number of refunds on the account when asking about the refund, refunds are twice this year, with high value purchases in between,
its the typical if this happens account will be closed blah blah blah,
now they wont send the refund even though 2 c-s agents said it was issued, for an iphone 15 pro max, what should i do?

If The Official Massage Regarding That You Indeed Received Your Refund Then No Worries And Simply Give It Some Time Till Your Bank Process The Transaction , Or Simply Ask For The Refund Transaction Number .

the refund is not on my amazon transactions, for refunds it will say +(amount) on amazon transactions when issued, but for this refund it hasn’t said that.
