I have crucial ssd at home. So i was thinking if i can get one for free. So you need to send ssd back to them for replacement. I was just thinking to send them empty box because ssd is only 70g. I think that this should work.
Any opinion?

Tell them you have important data on the drive and they either need to provide you with cloud storage or send you a new one to transfer the data to.
