DNA. Directly make a paypal claim and screenshot a fake email to paypal or take a microsoft adress, which are not for the support so that the message does not reach Microsoft.

what country did you try it in? From the people posting here, I've noticed that series x seems to have a lower success rate than other items. Not sure if statistically significant.

I’m surprised DNA worked with the PP claim given they usually disregard DNA once they receive the tracking info

Well if the company does not respond or provide tracking information like he stated, PP can't rule against you.
