Is it better to phone or email when doing a DNA I feel like with phone they could catch you out but I'm not sure any advice would be appreciated

Should a DNA test be done via phone or email? I'd appreciate your aid, but I think they could catch you on the phone.

Email gives you the chance to think over your dialog. There's no guarantee you won't slip up over the phone, and remaining calm and collected.
I've never had to make a claim by phone*, I hate talking on the phone and try to avoid it when I can.
*Except for one, a few years ago on here there was a rush to SE Bose SleepBuds with a serial number replacement. Most of the dance had to be done over the phone with support because their email protocol was embarrassingly slow.
