Hi folks

Apple is limiting me and giving me billing error, as I saw on each unique device it's allowing 2 order per device after that it's repeating billing error like this " Your payment authorization failed on card •••2234. Please verify your information and try again, or try another payment method. "

does anyone know how to bypass this ? I tried even with new device but still keeps this somehow it tracks me but I am removing and using all new info + vpn
