So looks like that for start EB method would be best to start. I found and item which is about 15g itself (I am not sure about packaging)

I would like to ask couple of questions:
1. Should I say only item is missing or its original packaging too? (packaging is cardboard but it will add some missing grams )
2. Ordering 1 more of same item or similar one and saying they are both missing will significantly lower my chances? If not whats the safe point
3. I guess I should say that parcel was in perfect condition and seals untouched?
4. Should I tell that I already called courier but they said they cannot do anything?

Finally, the process looks like this? Normal order -> taking parcel -> writing to support that there are no items in parcel -> refund? Just that easy? Or there is some more stuff?

You only have to say that you received a package and you opened it and the item you ordered was missing. As far as you looked, the package wasn't opened by anyone else or it was tempered. That's it, nothing more. If everything is okay, you should get a refund on a livechat if it's a low price item and not something fancy. if the item is like 500 euro or an Apple item, it's a very very high chance you will get an email saying that you have to fill a PR.
