Steam Deck DNA

I just received a Steam Deck, which was delivered without a signature. Photo looks blurry and the driver was in a hurry. It was ordered with a healthy and clean account with many legit purchases. Just emailed Steam to report that the order has not arrived. Any advice on whether I should do anything else? Cheers

Yeah, but very aged account with multiple legit purchases and no history of SEing.
