Big Ass Apple LIT - What Now? 10-07-2023, 03:28 PM #1
I'm SEing Adorama for some apple products right now. I'm doing the LIT method: I got a return label and had a UPS insider scan it.

Tracking now shows the "package" has been scanned. My question is what do I do now?

Should I ask Adorama why the tracking hasn't moved after a couple days? Should I file a claim with UPS? Ask Adorama to check with UPS? Not sure where to go from here, please advise.

Ask them to check with UPS why it hasn’t updated in a couple days. Don’t file a report with UPS until contacting Adorama first.

I would love to have some insider services. Who are you using? I would follow up with Adorama. There needs to be logical reason, and if not, process could just be slow and would need to push. Update us.
