I've done an SE before with Shein, but it was with a live agent, this time it does not seem possible to get in touch with real time agent so I sent a ticket and I got this reply:

"If you were unable to locate it, please read the following statements carefully and reply to confirm that you agree to all the statements.

1. I can confirm that I have verified with my family and neighbors that no one has received my parcel.

2. I have thoroughly checked the perimeter but have not found my package.

3. If I received the package, I will contact SHEIN in a timely manner.

4. I agree to cooperate with the police when investigating missing items.

5. I confirm that this statement is true and accurate in all aspects. It is also known that making a false statement can lead to prosecution.

Please reply with "I Agree" if you agree to the following statements above.

We will wait for your response so we could further assist you.

Thanks for choosing SHEIN"

Should I reply to them that I agree and will they just easily accept to refund, or should I wait a bit longer to have a chat with live agent?

You don't need to worry about that, your case will be managed by an agent simply not live, you will receive the refund but not fast as talking with a live agent
