If it is a low weight item fs like Faggot said, but would require more SE for things that are heavier. Thinking about it it would be difficult considering couriers weigh packages to determine shipping costs and to ensure they comply with weight limits. But there's no telling that same courier could empty and reseal package / tamper. So there's the SE.
