Generally speaking tho, them asking for pictures is good.
If you have the elements they want to see, show them all the pics they want.

It is true, fragrance shop have been the only ones that make me return the broken bottle.

I usually put my bottles in a bag and swing them against a rock or a i use a hammer and chisel. My bottles usually end up shattering into a lot of pieces and there's no issue with the customer service thinking in lying. Im pretty sure I switched the batch stickers in my bottle although I doubt they are really looking through a box of broken glass to find the serials/batches of bottles.

Yep, just do as they ask.

You could keep on sending them what they are requesting although id personally just send them a harshly worded email mentioning the consumer rights act 2015 (use an equivalent if you are not in the UK) and their responsibility to deliver a product that is fit for use.

they wanted pictures of the delivery box after the rep told me the box was dry, i sent the pics of the seperate perfume tin which i splashed with water,

rep replied ''Unfortunately, based on the information my colleague told me, we can't do anything''

Should I make a new account and file another claim under the same order number/pictures?, think I got unlucky with a dumb rep who doesn't know what they're doing

How do you ever justify returning them unscathed lmao?

I know, I know, there's 99.9% chance the warehouse guys will never notice, link your return to the claim...
Yet if they do... Now it has become personal, that stubborn rep could (f)actually fuck you over 

For the lulz only, I'd love to hear some of yall best excuses in this scenario.

Think of this realistically. If the perfume tin is made from metal and sealed with the broken perfume inside, the actually delivery cardboard box wouldn't be soaked in perfume (which is what the rep is saying)

You don't have to go crawling back to the rep and ask for them to manually process a return. Hey, so I sent them a video of the box that the package came in and sent them a clear photo of the broken glass (used the same sort of photo for a previous SE at John Lewis and that one came through) but these guys keep asking for more photos of the broken glass. I'm a bit hesitant to send them as I'm not sure if they're trying to catch me out here. I mean, the photos I sent were pretty clear. I replied back to the email saying that the last time I handled the product I hurt myself and don't feel comfortable handling it again and reiterated that the evidence I sent through already should be more than clear. But they seemed to just disregard that email and just insist that I send through more photos.

Should I send more photos or stick to the excuse that I've now used?

What did you SE from libertylondon? they only do expensive perfume it seems like. Also ,did they require pictures or just straight refund based on your word the perfumes were broken?
