Ordered perfume of hof but they gave it to my neighbour across the hallway and took his name and picture of his door mat, is a dna still doable and would my neighbour have someone knocking on his door?
Id try it. I certainly don’t think he’d have anyone coming to his door.
Hof are making me fill out a denial of receipt form is this ok to fill out or a bad idea?

On the other hand, today had an Evri delivery from a clothing company for £300... waited for the DNA like you do, opened door after seeing them leave and package wasn't there.. checked tracking straight away and photo showed it had been delivered to doorstep.. but driver had actually stolen it themselves! Genuine DNA replacement coming tomorrow thankfully, but gonna see if I can double dip.
What is the clothing company you are trying?
JD Sports. They don't seem to investigate with declaration forms anymore.. seems way easier than when I tried a year ago. I guess they got so many problems with Evri that it seems they approve claims on the spot when they can see it's a DNA.
Update - Second delivery attempt - friend answered it by mistake but I managed to do a partial and got near enough instant refund with some battling. Said there was only one item in the reship that had just arrived (original order had been split up into two parcels, and this one item I claimed did arrive was actually posted through the letterbox a day previously but rep overlooked this), so got a refund on everything else. Seems like reps now deal with claims on the spot and it's not as long winded as it used to be.

I doubt it works anymore. Last time I hit it was December 2022, you have to provide a PR, investigation for 7 days and they send a replacement.

So I sent off the parcel, it actually got reported as damaged in transit, they then delivered it but its marked as “left at door” with a delivery photo where the driver must have just put the phone up his anus, so not sure how this one will pan out, but I think they f’ed themselves and made it slightly easier for me, I will probably contact under armour Friday to tell them what’s going on.
My wife is currently trying UA but finding them very very slow at responding to anything
any update?

Do you think HoF is possible for under £600 or best to stay under £500
