Im sure you know this, but you're supposed to do 5-10 small orders first (literally €1-5) then wait a couple of days and then place the bigger order. Make sure there's lots of browsing history and adding and removing items in your basket.

As for AVS, you can find a AVS verify service or learn how to make the bank statements yourself.

I'm sure you know this already but I'm telling you just in case. I feel bad for you that you still can't resolve your problem.

Also sometimes your bank asks for a €1 euro charge on top to see if your card is active. I hope you're putting a bit more in your vcc then the exact amount.

Just let the account with 30 minutes of browsing activity sit for a week, then order big, always works

You asked about VPN, just google VPN's and try every VPN that has free trials I tried 3-4 of them before something started to work I checked for my country specific ones that are quite rare because I live in a small country, would suggest you also try checking for country specific because they are one of the best as I had proxies in the past and ordered everytime from the first time.

As I said in the previous post. I managed to order items below 100 euro. I don't know if it was because I changed the VPN or got lucky VCC. Will try again after I receive them and get a refund for them

Have you tried aging the account for a while before going for big orders with VCC? Maybe don't refund them at all. Consider it an investment.

I rarely do big orders, the things I refund quite frequently are just under 100 euro. But I age the account with cheap order before ordering some bigger item.

I was able to order a big one 1000 euro -2 items to WIR. new device, new ip, sama name, new billing address, new virtual debit card, vmware, new phone, first small order at 7th day, daily browse for 30 min per day, big order on around 11th day. no AVS
