Dispute still on going, Meta has until the 24th to reply. I think once that date passes, i get refunded.
forgot to reply to this. It was a success, I hit it 2 more times. Meta doesnt respond. Will continue to hit it for higher priced orders to see how far I can go with this.

yes. your main concern in this situation is not Meta, it's PayPal getting suspicious. I wouldn't recommend hitting the same address more than once, you can try hitting Meta for 2/3 headsets in one transaction. However if you must, make sure you're making legit purchases to lower fraud risk detection on PayPals end

Apparently DHL had to destroy the parcel, which was an envelope with no tracking info :-)
