Hi all I placed an order at Zalando, for about 500 €. The order was divided into two parcels, which were delivered at the same time. Is the DNA method possible in this case?

You can try to DNA one and legit return the other if you don't want to pay; still better than nothing. But it is unlikely that they will accept a DNA for both parcels. Moreover did you have previous regular order on the account? Any previous SE?

Account is a month old, previously had 2 legitimate orders, no SE.

Congratulations, I did Zalando about 7 months, mid january ish, I had to sign a form. My order was only 400GBP. I'm planning to do them again soon, did you have to sign a form by any chance?
