damaged package method still work?

Hi, I just received an iPhone 14 pro from amazon, I gave the otp to the delivery man.
I want to try the damaged package method.

Can I say that I received the package with the iPhone box without the iPhone inside just the headphones?
(I already refunded an iPhone 12mini saying that there was just the headphones in the box, I had to return my headphones and I got the refund)
Or is it better to say that the box was empty?

That will be fine then. If no one else can add valuable information, id say try the exact thing you did last year and see how it goes to be honest. You've got a method that was confirmed working a year ago so have another go.

That will be fine then. If no one else can add valuable information, id say try the exact thing you did last year and see how it goes to be honest. You've got a method that was confirmed working a year ago so have another go.

They asked me for a pr, I'm going to make one as soon as possible.

I have an appointment with the police on Tuesday to sign my complaint. I've seen that Amazon asks that the status of the pr as to be "completed/closed", which can take some time I guess? Is there any way to avoid this?

The police should close it for you, it's a trivial matter for them.

I'm currently talking to Amazon and they're refusing to issue a refund because the police "investigation" is still ongoing.
I'll have to contact them again on the 13th if the complaint isn't over to get a refund.
