Having problem with Amazon AVS #1
Hey guys. I am having a problem with Amazon.de AVS. I tried like 10 times already in the past few days to order something with all new details and etc, but no luck. I am not getting the 3D secure pop up window and they always request the CIV code. Tried a different VPNs and residential proxies with different countries. I am trying to order the same item I always order, its price is like 109 euro. I know that 2-3 AVS is kind of normal, but when I start getting like 10+ of them and the same thank you for ordering pop up without the 3D secure I am feeling unlucky. I tried with different VCC , from Zen, Revolut , Wise.

I am asking for your opinion, maybe there is someone who dealt with this in the past or knows what could be the problem.
I don't believe in what I say. Everything is just fictional and made for a good laugh.

I don't answer PM.

Tried ordering even some candy that are like 10 euro. Didn't work. Changing mac address also not changed anything. The Proxy IP score is 0.

P.S I kind of get the 3D secure page, but like for some seconds and always says processing... and then the thank you page comes.

@mothered I would appreciate your opinion in this harsh situation I tried today even from the scratch, by installing Windows 11 instead of Windows 10 on virtual machine. Did grammatical mistakes on the address, still no luck. I don't get the 3D secure page, only for a few seconds and it's always says processing and then thank you.

It's a cookies/browser problem.

Try a different browser I.e Firefox instead of chrome on your virtual machine.

Try accepting all cookies , if no luck try declining/blocking all cookies.

Or maybe try temporarily on your normal phone with 4g enabled, or your laptop and hotspot your phones 4g data.

Thanks for your advice. It's the opposite with the browser. I always use the Firefox, but will try Chrome to see if there any changes. And good idea with the hotspots I buy sim cards that offer 24 hour free internet, so it would be interesting to try it. It's my first time that I've been so stuck, I had AVS problems in the past, but not like getting 10+ AVS in a row with nothing changing.

Everytime you put your phone in airplane mode and then switch to 4g you get a new ip.

The mobile proxy thing is just a waste of time I tried it and it gives the captcha thing, so you have to spend a lot of time to get something that is not detected by Amazon.de. I don't know if it's because of my country IP's just used a lot or etc. If not captcha then you can get the Solve the puzzle thing.

I use Foxy Proxy browser extension to use proxies, so I tried it on Google Chrome, and had problems. Getting captcha when opening Amazon.de , if there is no captcha when opening then after you try registering you get the Solve the Puzzle thing...

Have an idea to try to use a VPN and Google Chrome and just try to register on Amazon and see if I get the same 3D secure page problem with saying processing or not. And tomorrow I should get a refund on Monese account and then I will try with too see if there is any differences.

You were right. The problem was the browser. Used a good old Microsoft Edge browser and it worked like a charm. I also did find out that the Chrome and Firefox could get you a captcha for Amazon.de, but when I checked Microsoft Edge browser, there was no captcha for Amazon.de
