Wondering if anyone knows if this still works, just placed an order for $1k CAD, should be arriving in the next few days, will claim DNA after 3/4 days

Update 1.

So 1 of 9 items arrived separately yesterday through UPS. Today the other 8 items arrived through fedex.

Im not sure why the package was split and if this will affect my DNA. Pictures were taken on both deliveries of just the package at my doorstep, nothing identifiable was in the photo besides the top portion of my generic welcome mat. Signature was required for the UPS order but the driver just left it at my doorstep, knocked, and left without it. I will proceed with the DNA in a few days, however im unsure if I should DNA the second package only or if I should include the first package. I dont mind taking a $50 loss for the first order if I have a higher chance of success on the second $900 package.

@mothered what do you think about the situation? The account I used was fresh, I’ve never ordered from BR before so theres no previous claims they can look into from any of the information i gave them.

I contacted chat support, told them the second package containing 8/9 items has not arrived. They’re asked me if i checked with family in the house, told them yes. Issued me a refund for the package around $950CAD. One of the easiest SE’s I’ve done in a while. Use this while you can
